Thank you to Dr.Levitz and Social Worker, Annie, for showing compassion towards my mother and to myself, as well. They helped my mother quickly navigate a tough situation ensuring my mother's wishes are respected. My mother has freedom of choice regarding her care and that is a real gift.

You can take bus 162 and get off at stop No. 5690. The hospital staff are very friendly, especially Ms. Naldia, whom I met. She is warm-hearted and kind, and I’m very grateful for her help.

Lovely hospital in Cote Saint-Luc.

They are the worst hospital around. Do NOT go there or send your family there. My dad needs help to wash himself and he had to spend over TWO MONTHS without being bathed a single time. Even after we requested directly multiple times they still didn't help. He needed medication for digestion and they give it hours after the meals are done. They are rude and unhelpful, they don't do their jobs properly. I have compassion for the workers of the health system but not there. Their standards are lower than hell to the point where every time I would see my father there he would tell me he'd rather die than stay there. It's shameful and I will never have go there ever again.

EDIT: they FINALLY fixed her curtain. Maybe they saw the review.nnHorrible place. Dated and old.nThey place 4 people in 1 room with barely any extra space for visiting families.nMy mother's privacy curtains are not working and they refuse to fix unless there's multiple curtains to fix. Meanwhile, she cannot undress herself without 3 other people watching. Completely unacceptable.nThey want her to take her wheelchair and oxygen into the bathroom to change, when there's barely room for even that.nThey were rude about us asking the curtains to be fixed on top of that.nThe other 3 have privacy and why should my mom not have.nnIt is very hard for us to visit her in a place that she has to be for 3 weeks.nnLast place that I want her to be in, but unfortunately we have no choice.
