I’m still being followed here, but as of now - They gave me an appointment right after I inquired, with a doctor that I requested based on the hospital for delivery. My first ultrasound was an amazing experience because Dr. Ziegler was hilarious and seemed soo genuinely happy and excited for us, even though he does these all the time! He made us both feel so confident!! The receptionists always answer emails very quickly, and the staff were extremely helpful/efficient with additional complex paperwork that I needed for my employer in daycare setting. I didn’t wait at all for my appointment - I was taken in at the scheduled time. The nurses were super kind and explained everything so I felt comfortable too! I am very grateful to Elna for making me feel so at ease throughout my first pregnancy! :
The specialist Dr. Luck she is the best. Really cares for her patient's. She is what the broken system needs to regain there credibility again. The Russian secretary is also awesome!!!!! The downside is you can't reach anyone by phone. Only by e-mail and that takes 24 hours for a response. I also waited a few months to get an appointment with a Dermatologist but the night before or 12 hours before my appointment I get a call that stated that the appointment was being cancelled because the M.D. was going on maternity leave. They never gave me the referral back or did they even try to find another Dr. as a replacement, since it was not my fault but the negligence of the Dermatologist and the clinic.
I typically don’t do well in hospital/clinic environments , but after my first appointment at ELNA and meeting my doctor , Dr.Gilbert, I instantly felt at ease for my first pregnancy appointment . My doctor was incredibly knowledgeable , helpful and her nice ,patient and positive personality really helped. The nurse and receptionist was also very helpful and kind. I definitely recommend sending an email instead of trying to call for an appointment or information. Even though they are very busy, I always received fast responses this way!
Dr Ziegler was amazing. He was funny and made me feel completely comfortable during our appointment. The appointment was easy to make, the employees were nice, and the offices were clean. Would recommend for anyone looking for a new gyno
I didn't know this medical center was even there and I am so happy to have found it. Over the holidays I was sent for blood tests and where others would offer me dates in March, they saw me the next day. They had the results at my doctor's the day after my tests. I was relieved and could enjoy my holidays. Thank you
My gynaecologist is amazing, definitely a 5 stars for her, but the service at this clinic is awful. We all know how busy it is, but they don’t answer the phone. I’ve waited 3 months for my appointment today on the phone with my GN and have been waiting 3 hours. Either she’s mad busy or the clinic didn’t even tell her she had an appointment. Very frustrating
This review is in regards to the Elna clinic and not the DR. I was lucky to be followed by Dr Merovitz who is an amazing doctor who has followed both of my pregnancy’s. She was previously at cardiogenix and moved to Elna. Since changing to Elna clinic it’s been so complicated to make an apt with her. There are usually 4-5 receptionists in this clinic and no one picks up the phone. There is an automated message that says call volumes are high please reach out by email so you can’t ever get through which is super frustrating. I tried booking my 6 week apt through email and the receptionist made a mistake twice in doing so by saying I was booked On this day but never actually put the apt in the system and then I had to reach back out to confirm and she booked me on a different day and with the incorrect dr.
No recommended at all, the don’t know the meaning of professionalism. My wife booked an appointment for a medical exam and confirmed with them the price “as she had a reference from he doctor” When she went to the clinic they told her you should pass by their doctor and charged her extra “250$“. By the way they took a long time and even the doctor who had $250 didn’t explain anything or went through medical advice He just asked my wife simply “do you want to have a file with us?” And the answer was no as she is followed by another clinic If there were a review subzero I’ve put it.
Had to reach my gynaecologist so I sent an email to the Elna medical clinic and a secretary wrote me back promptly to tell me she had forwarded my email to my doctor’s office who’s secretary call me back to fix an appointment for me. It was quick and efficient, loove the clinic on Decarie!!! Super happy, good job girls! V
Been with Dr. Comeau for both my pregnancies. He is excellent. The clinic is always clean and staff always nice. The ONLY negative i have to say is the wait time is CRAZY but..thats expected in most clinics.
