I was take in by ambulance from doctors office in to ER with chest pain.nI needed go through the waiting room and I waited about 5 hours to be admitted in to ER room. They did some blood work  x-ray and CT scan. No medication  no IV or anything else. I was by my self ,nurse did not gave me a call button. No one ask if I need a water or use restroom.nTerrible experience, worst hospital in the area. Staff is very rood.

Never again will I go to Rush Copley in Aurora.nI accumulated a few hospital bills in 2022 and 2023. I religiously made consistent payments on my bill every single month! This wasn’t good enough of Money hungry rush Copley so they sent me to collections. We’re in turn, I am makin the same monthly payments as I was. Now the kicker!,nI come to find out that even though I was payment Rush every single month, they were charging me $3.95 a month for being on a payment plan! And apparently these fees can not be reversed . So, you get punished for making at least some payment! I was honest and paid what I could every month and this is what I get! How unsympathetic can you be? You can’t cut someone some slack ?nRush has always been my go to hospital but never again. Last time I went to Edward and for financial reasons, they wiped out my whole hospital bill ! Now that is customer service. Come on Rush ! You’re that desperate for my $120 that you won’t accept my monthly payment without tacking on charges . Have some humanity!

I am very dissatisfied with the service and cleanliness of this hospital. I brought someone in with an allergic reaction, and thankfully the staff did get the patient to a room right away, but the room was far from clean. The floors looked like they hadn’t been swept or mopped in several days.nnThe staff also seemed like they were put out by having to deal with us. I had to step out of the room several times to get help for the patient to use the restroom, and to see what the status was after the meds had been administered and the patient seemed a lot better. Even when I stepped out of the room to get a staff members attention, they didn’t seem to want to look up from their computer and make eye contact with me.nnThankfully this was not a life threatening situation, but any future ER visits will not be at Rush Copley

I wish I could give this ER a 0. Doctor was extremely rude. Nurses were incompetent and sleepy. They repeated  cts and xrays. I'm sure to increase their already outrageous prices. Their app for billing is ridiculous. You can not get any answers from their rude billing department. They sent threatening letters about paying when they know it was a car accident going through insurance.

I've had 2 great experiences here for labor and delivery in the past. However, my son recently ended up in the ER there and I'm thankful for the care we received. Our nurse Elizabeth completely blew me away with the level of care, patience and compassion she gave my son. My son gives strangers a hard time but she went out of the way to make sure he was comfortable with her. Everyone there professional and kind.
