Dr. Branshaw is a very good and caring doctor. Yet, his staff, office manager, and the billing department is absolutely atrocious! Beware! The office staff is by far the absolutely worst case of poor customer service that I have ever received, witnessed, and been subjected to in my life. The receptionists are extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. They speak with a condescending tone to you and show very little professionalism or respect. The office manager is just as bad as the office, which represents the leadership.. it's said that leadership starts at the top and this is a clear example of how poor the leadership is within this office. The billing department falls under that umbrella. It's a shame that they are the ones that are the first representation of such a great doctor and man.

Dr Branshaw is a great doctor and a great guy. He's very kind, funny, and personable. He's very popular with patients. He makes you feel comfortable. He's one to show he really cares and he's proven such. He answers any questions or concerns and he goes the extra mile. I've been a patient of his for 5 years now. I see how he interacts with staff and other patients, which is very pleasant. Everyone adores him! I can't say that about all other doctors I've been to.

Shocked to see that Dr. Branshaw only got 3 stars out of 5. So read the reviews and realized people are rating him low because of his office staff. Can't comment on that fact as Dr. Branshaw always comes out and calls my husband the patient himself so we really don't interact with the nurses or staff outside of checking in process. We have not experienced the concerns others mention. Dr. Branshaw is a wonderful doctor..............first and foremost, a great listener, very knowledgeable, thorough, discusses everything in terms we can understand and never rushes our appointments. If what you want is an excellent doctor, he is the person to choose!

Outstanding doctor. Did his fellowship at Rush University and is very well respected. His office staff can be a rough experience. His medical staff is five stars. His network of doctors and referrals are also excellent. We’ve been with Dr Branshaw many years. Our only concern is he seems to be getting close to capacity for patients.

Just had my first visit with Dr. Branshaw. My wife loves this doctor and recommended him to me. The visit was great. Office staff signed me in quickly and my visit with the doctor was on time. Dr. Branshaw listened, was easy to talk to, really cared about my issues. I left there feeling like we had a plan to help me. Looks like he's my new doctor.

I found out my father had been avoiding going to the doctor and after a health scare I found out it was because the staff of warped office workers are so rude he actually didn’t want to deal with them. Dr. Branshaw is a great doctor so dad wants to stay with them. He put me on speaker to hear how rude the receptionist is and my jaw dropped. Too bad.

I've been going to this location for 20 years. For a while, my experience here was wonderful. I don't know what changed, but every time I go in for a routine check up, it's horrible. Whenever I call in to ask a question, the staff that answers the phones are incredibly short, and rude with me. All I am asking is about clarification on medication I was prescribed or about coverage. Numerous times, staff has hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. I'm a transgender patient, and was prescribed Spironolactone to help with my acne - a VERY common antiandrogen. Nurses knew I'm doing testosterone injections, and I'm sure they knew the side effects of this medication. Extremely upset by this decision. I believed I could put my faith in this staff to provide me with the best care possible, but this drew the line. If I could leave this review with 0 stars, I would. Don't waste your time or money here. Scheduling an appointment is a hassle to begin with, and you won't be able to get in for a while. On top of rude staff, and poor prescription choices. Very typical "They want your money, they don't care about your health" situation, it seems like. Look elsewhere.

Dr Branshaw has been my Primary Doctor for over 15 years and he is a very good doctor. Dr Branshaw has excellent bedside manner, is on time, returns calls, and has a good office staff.

Dr. Branshaw is amazing!!! I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that his front desk staff is HORRIBLE. They make you feel like you are a huge inconvenience for coming in to the office. Rude, rude, rude!!! They even give you attitude if you call in to make an appt!!!

For your own health, safety and well being stay as far away from here as you can. The most atrocious, incompetent, rude, lying deceitful staff. Came real close to leaving this earth while in their care. Have been denied access to medical care. I have been medically abandoned.
