Advocate Medical Group Outpatient Center

My family is using the pediatrician service. Tammy Laas is very professional, patiently explain any of our questions or concerns. Clinic is not over flowing with traffic so experience is much more relaxed and better than the default pediatricians recommended by our birth Hospital. Although we recently moved further away, we will still go to this clinic as we are very satisfied with our experience here.

The dermatologist “Mrs. Dudley” gave me around 10 minutes of her time. I waited nearly half an hour after my scheduled appointment to be seen. And when I showed her a birthmark she screamed “OMG it is humungous”. What a way to treat a patient who is paying $141 for a 10 minute visit!! Worst experience ever... A one star is even too generous for the way I’ve been dealt with.

Very nice and accommodating staff. Brought my son in for a dog bite and they cared for him with kindness and also called the next day to see how he was doing

I have been here several times and even brought my children when they were sick. Each time, we saw Dr. Robert Ireland. He was compassionate, makes eye contact, listens intently, examines patients with care, empathy and a smile. The office is also great with following up with test results. I really appreciate this office, their flexible hours and the staff.
