Fox Valley Primary and Immediate Care

If I could give no stars, I absolutely would but since I’m required to leave something, 1 would suffice I suppose. Brought my 6 month old because she’s has a cough, a fever and vomiting all day. The receptionist at the front wasn’t sure she would be seen but would check. 2 nurses came up and were asking me questions. The 1 nurse said that the nurse practitioner wasn’t comfortable seeing a patient so young. SERIOUSLY? Then why are you a nurse, let alone a nurse practitioner? Not to mention, the immediate care portion of their website says they see patients of all ages, which apparently is untrue. If you have a small child, I wouldn’t even consider this place since they have medical professionals who are supposedly uncomfortable seeing small patients. Waste of my time and I still have a sick child. Thanks for nothing!

Friendly and very efficient staff. Dr Harding is the most amazing Doctor on planet Earth!!! Period.

I highly recommend Doctor Amir Tabassum and the PN Ms Esperanza, they are very friendly and professional.

I went here on 7/6/17. What a waste of time going here and a waste of a $20 copay -_- I told the nurse I was feeling dizzy. I couldn't walk straight, had very poor balance to the point I couldn't even get on the exam bed. She checked my blood pressure and was told it was really high. The nurse seemed more concerned than the doctor. I forgot the doctor's name (older lady) and although she was nice, she had no idea what she was talking about. She kind of ignored my presenting symptoms (falls, dizziness, poor balance, headaches, numbness in my left leg, difficulty walking). In the end she prescribed me "taurine" supplement pills which definitely did not alleviate my symptoms. I followed up with my primary doctor on the 7/10 who also did nothing. I ended up being hospitalized 7/24-7/27 for a brain infection. The urgent care doctor should have paid more attention and simply advise me to go to the ER. Talk about negligence!!!

The APN Esperanza if very nice and positive. I would say she is Excellent! Long wait but worth it.
