Avoid months of headaches, they file all work as an emergency to rake off insurance even when you make an appointment. Prepare to spend days on the phone after a short visit to tell you they can't do anything

Dr. Mehta is great, but everything else was horrible.  My wife had rotator cuff repaired.  Post-op made us feel like cattle being herded out the door.  The staff seemed like they wanted to care but behaved more like insurance was forcing us out.  After we got home and the pain blocker was wearing off, my wife's pain level became excruciating.  The pain reliever prescribed was not working well enough.  It took 4 phone calls over a period of 2 days to get a response and a prescription for a different pain reliever.  Then, they won't call it in.  We had to go pick up the prescription from the office.  Then, during the first follow up visit, we expressed our discontent to PA Cassie.  Cassie came just short of calling us liars.  She was emphatic that these experiences did not occur because that was not their policy.  Yet, she was never present.  Even the nurses, both before and after the surgery, we're asking if Cassie had been around to see us yet.  Also, during the follow up visit, Cassie became very defensive and constantly interrupted us while we were trying to express our displeasure with their services.  Highly unprofessional.  Very difficult to get in contact with.  They don't return your calls, regardless of the amount of pain you are feeling.  Snobby and rude.

Great practice and great physicians.  I have taken all three of my kids to Fox Valley Orthopedics and the physicians and staff always go out of their way to provide exceptional service.  They made my children feel very comfortable.
