This is an atrocious excuse for medical care. Do not go here. Do not go to Rush Copley for ANYTHING. Switch or look elsewhere immediately. Terrible customer service, terrible explanations of coverage and terrible benefits, period. You deserve better.

Have been a patient for over 20 years. Highly recommend Dr Philip Branshaw. Very good in all areas.

My insurance informed me to contact Fox Valley Medicine Ltd to switch my doctor and get a reference number. When I called, Rebecca answered and she rude, disrespectful and mean. Not helpful or friendly at all!!! She is in the wrong line of work. In fact she shouldn’t work at all with her attitude.
