Rundle Park Family Recreation Centre

Went for Canada Day celebration. Best facility in town. They have a Community hall, a few parks for children, Tennis courts, trails, disc golf, golf and I love coming and spending a day here..simply beautiful! We danced outside. It was a perfect day. Happy Canada Day everyone!

Great meeting place in a beautiful setting. Lots of room. One side of the building is for rental and the other side is open to the public. The building is clean and well lit. The public side has washrooms available that are clean. December 28, 2019. Came to check out the skating trail, it is really cool. No pun intended, well maybe. Our sons were skating here and we came for a walk and saw them skating. September 6, 2021. Been here a few times since the last visit. This building has public washrooms available. Enjoy the area of the park that you can view from here.

Full disclosure, I was considering booking this facility for an event and ended up deciding on somewhere else, so I haven't actually used this facility. I was frustrated with the lack of decent photos on the city website so decided to share here. Went in March of 2019, the water/pond around the facility was almost totally gone, not sure if the city drains it for the winter. Its a pretty secluded park, good cooking areas around the building. Huge, vast parking lot which was awesome. Would definitely consider it for bigger style events of over 100 people.

Well maintained park, only problem roads are very uneven. Worth visiting with families & kids. Kids do enjoy.

No change tables in the public area of the washrooms. In a “Family Centre”?! JFC.. City of Edmonton.. come on! We did eventually find one on the private side and wooo boy did the employee act like it was the inconvenience of the century that we want to change a diaper. It was empty btw.

A good place for fun for the whole family. We had a lot of fun visiting this centre. The staffs at the information centre are quite friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed an evening bonfire while watching skaters go by on the iced paths.

Beautiful place. People kept walking into the rented area. Bathrooms were not the cleanest.i
