Clareview Community Recreation Centre

This is a great place. The swimming pool has lots of activities for all ages and skill level. There is large courts and gyms that always seems to have lots of people enjoying themselves. Outside is a huge playground that is handicap accessible. A great place for all to play and have fun. We drive from the far south side for this facility!!

Really nice place its very open and the basketball area is always filled and busy with badminton, volleyball sometimes and the obvious basketball. They have lots of vending machines to keep you going I have been to the pool and its pretty cool having water slides and hot tubs. I really like the place and how open it is because last thing I wanna do is walk around a cramped rec center. And the bathrooms are super clean not sure about the women's bathroom probably because I'm not supposed to go in there I'm assuming its clean. Overall really cool place.

The workers are wonderful and very friendly. The reason I gave a 4 star review, is because of the cleanliness of the women's change room.. it’s disgusting and unsanitary! I really wish they would do a proper clean of the toilet stalls and lockers. They used to leave sanitizing wipes for the public to wipe lockers before and after use, but they stopped leaving them out. The cleaning people need to do better!

Clareview rec center is a very good place to workout. There are a lot of free weights and plate machines for strength training. The indoor track is good for a stroll or run. Nice ice free place to go for a walk. Workout areas are fairly clean and wipes are available for cleaning equipment before and after use. Swimming pool areas are okay too. The change rooms are not very clean at all. If you are going swimming wear flip flops or something because it's nasty at times. Besides that, if you don't like crowds go early or late on weekdays. Weekends are very busy and the pool is usually full, meaning you will be waiting a long time.

We had a wonderful first experience trying out the pool with our twins. Kiddos loved the water slide. We loved the hot tub. Lifeguards were on the ball doling out sage advice and the front desk attendants were friendly and efficient.

At the soft play in the rec Centre. Great for kids of all ages. Facilities here look amazing for all.

We have been coming to the recreational centre since 2015 and have been using the swimming pool, the hot tub the track upstairs with my babies and the gym and now my older son plays hockey at least once a week here! The memberships are fairly priced, and I really like that you could use any of the city of Edmonton rec centres with the membership! We also have used the rental rooms before for the birthday parties and they work very well. That was just is an echo sometimes if there’s too many people.

Well I got to be honest it's kind of good but one time when I was swimming I almost drowned and this lifeguard was literally Watching Me Drown and didn't help me at all so my brother had to help me so like I could not drown so I'm giving this place four star because lifeguard don't save me over well it's good

Great morning swim. Hot tub was hot. Not too busy. Easy access to floatation bits. Be very careful some concrete steps unexpectedly. Read the signs. We'll go again. Thankyou to staff. Very helpful and watchful

It's a nice big place but for the price it is it's pathetic that I have to bring my own basketball as all of the provided ones arent even round. On top of that the management of the place doesn't seem well organized. Like for example if they are a running an open gym and basketball /badminton has to share then split it evenly. Can't even shoot 3s when they do this.
