First time visited this location of Royal Paan and I must say the taste and quality of the food we ordered was below average. Location of the restaurant was very convenient and good. The service was good with very friendly and polite staff. We order cheese grilled sandwich, Pav bhaji, Masala dosa snd Mango Lassi. Out of which we only like lassi rest all was okeynot that we expected.They have plenty of menu options. The restaurant was clean and nice ambiance with lots of sitting arrangements.nOutside parking available.
Visited Royal Paan after a long time. Service was amazing. Sukhpreet helped us to choose the food as we were a little lost. She is very friendly and helped us to choose some good items with a big smile on her face. Cheese Chilli Dosa is unique and tasted very good. Bouquet of Chaat is good too which includes 3 different chaats. Dahi Puri is always a hit item too.
Lots of options. Especially vegetarian and Jain. The food is pretty average. They changed their menu on 19 March. Added a lot of items. Looks tempting to read. Although I think that itself works against them. Too many items and average quality.nnThe service is top class. Servers were helpful for providing feedback.
We had a visit from Ottawa to Calgary. So , we were expecting lil bit same taste of royal paan Ottawa but the taste of food was entirely different with the ingredients. We were disappointed that it’s not up-tonstandard.nWe ordered dahi puri, noodle burger, kcf burger , pista shake and Kathi roll.nnOverall it was 3/5.
Very worst customer service, food was cold, not fresh at all, when we brought this issue to the manager, he didn’t do anything about it, he was just explaining that we are working on giving healthy food to customers, which didn’t make any sense to me, if we wanna to eat healthy food why we would come, we can go to subway or freshy or somewhere else,nThe only thing we liked here only the can of coke which wasn’t made by the chef. We spent almost $50 and the food wasn’t worth it at all, will not go there ever again!! Ruined my weekend!! If there is any option to give 0 star I would definitely give!!
