A family owned and operated shop. Everything we do is to the best of our ability. We search out new techniques to make our practice better.

Roys' Shoes has been serving the Okanagan since 1973. We are one of the last remaining shoe repair shops in the Okanagan, taking pride in every repair we do.

Won't be back. Hockey glove repair of a small hole, told them on the phone we needed it done for a tournament quickly and was quoted $25. Drove halfway across town and then found out it was $10 more and would have to wait a month. Literally would take them 10 minutes to stitch up.

Highly recommend going to this repair shop, they really take the time to explain the repairs that are needed and what I can wait to fix at a later time, and the repairs were fantastic!

Locally owned, connected to community, and having global impact... oh but that's not it... friendly, courteous service and masterful work - I take my footwear in for repair and it comes back looking like new! My fav boots won't be replaced this year thanks to the professional, top-notch service at Roy's! thank You thank You. 🙌

Amazing service!!! I had flown into Kelowna for a conference and had badly scratched the toe of my show on the plane somehow. I asked around and everyone said to go to Roy's. When I walked in, the staff was very friendly, and was able to take my shoes and have them back to me in less then 10 minutes all ready to go for a great price too!!! Really is nice to see the small business attitude to customers still exists! I just wished I lived in Kelowna to give more business to this store!
