Footwear Emporium The

Very helpful and personable service. I got a nice quality pair of boots in the fall and came back last week to find the perfect pair of heels. It is rare to find service like this anymore, let alone shoes that aren't cheaply made.

The owner provides poor service. I was not offered assistance, in fact I was ignored. Despite that, I bought an item that was expensive (for my budget). He does not stand behind his products. The product broke in a couple of days. I took it in for a replacement. The owner rudely refused. Not only will I never shop there, I am telling everyone I see, even tourists, not to shop there. He gives Kelowna a bad reputation.
