Such a beautiful park with an incredible downtown view, some hidden trails, tennis court, and off leash areas for dogs. There’s something about fall that just makes it even prettier and not to forget the lion overlooking the city!!!! There are some fruit trees around but I don’t know if they’re safe to eat.
This park has beautiful walkways in the day and in the night. With fantastic views overlooking downtown this is the must especially If you have children or animals. There are also lots of beautiful houses to look at along the way. My daughter especially loves the lions at the Lions over looking the city. A great place to just sit and reflect.
This a medium size park with amazing downtown view, few hidden trails, tennis court, stairs , kids play area, off leash area , and seating arrangements for patrons. This park has everything only issue I can see is full parking lot when it’s nice out. But , there are street parking available around the park in residential area.
This is a nice park with lots of green space for a gathering or picnic. I also loved that it is a great starting place for many pathways. There are benches to look out over downtown Calgary and the Bow River. Historic markers there tell about early Calgary.
Love smoking a joint here. I also enjoy the amazing view of the downtown core and the Bow River.
Great little spot to chill out with your own thoughts, overlooking Calgary's downtown city scape.
Offers an amazing view of downtown with tons of open space for walking your dog, picnicking, or just relaxing. There's a playground nearby for kids and a tennis club as well. Good parking if you're okay with walking into downtown.
3 hours free parking on street, dog park, splash park, playground, great views of downtown and Prince's Island. Shortcut for commute downtown or stairs to workout. Nice benches to relax and enjoy the view. Now home to one of the original Centre street bridge lions.
Hands down The best view of Calgary. Really nice and quiet park.
A good place to stroll, hang out, or do some exercises. Kids love it here because of the landscape and nice view of the city. Dog-friendliness: There is an off leash area for the dogs to run around in. Picnic area: Great place for a picnic.
