Harley Hotchkiss Gardens

An small park in front of the Courthouse and C-train station with lots of benches, green areas and nice sculptures. An ideal place to stop by and relax after some shopping or walk. Very peaceful place in the heart of Calgary downtown.

A beautiful and accessible green space located right beside 4th street c-train station. A good place to stop and eat lunch in the summer, they even have water flowing in part of the structure. The steel artwork they have, the 8 horses, it's actually a piece called "Do, Re, Mi, Fa, Sol, La, Si, Do" and was commissioned in 2010 by late artist Joe Fafard. If you look closely at each of the sculptures you'll notice they're made up of shapes, such as cats, birds, humans and more. If you didn't know, you'd miss them. Very cool! A nice little park. Occasionally events and demonstrations are held here too as it's right across the street from the Calgary Court building.

Small park beside the Ctrain station. Actually nothing to see. But you can relax a little & stop by. There are benches to sit.

A Beautiful much needed greenspace in the downtown core by the Alberta Court of Appeals and a block away from the new courthouse on 6th Ave.Easy to acess by c train. I love the horse sculptures. They are beautiful and well suited for a western city like Calgary.. Lots of intricate detail you can miss if you dont view them up close .

A hidden downtown gem, with art that captures the spirit of the west.

A nice place to meet up with friends and chat a bit. It's connected to the train station so it's very easy to get to. There's some benches and lovely flowers to look at. And there's a few pokestops near by, if that's your thing.

Great place to get outside over lunch. Lots of people will sit and eat their lunches with friends. It creates a nice green space in a sea of tall buildings.

This is a Park named after Calgary Flames Co-owner Harley Hotchkiss. Quiet relaxing place with a water feature. Great place to read a book or have lunch outdoors.

Nice place to sit and have lunch in the summer. Just be aware that there’s often drug users spaced out in and around the area

Very pretty, and clean compared to other grassy areas in downtown. Also high traffic
