Roots

I bought some clothes here for my girlfriend as a Christmas gift and the employee failed to remove the security tag. I didn't realise until after Christmas the security tag was still on and by this point I no longer had the receipt. I returned to the store to have the security tags removed and I was accused of having stolen the items. It was busy the day I purchased the clothes but the hassle and embarrassment suffered over their employee's failure to complete the very simple process of removing a security tag when a customer makes a purchase was so unnecessary that I will never return to this store or any other Roots location ever again.

I love roots as a company but this location has put a sour taste in my mouth. I am a bit bigger butbi for into the clothing. I asked an associate if she could see if another location had a shirt I was looking for in the size I need and shebtol me to go to men's. Because. They don't carry anything bigger than an extra large. That's nice. Her customer service was a little ridiculous.
