I'm frequent customer at Dynamite and this has to be the only worst customer service experience I had with them. The store managers literally try to find anything unrelated to argue the refund policy. I came to do an exchange and found out the item purchased went on sale, and wanted a price different. They took my originals receipt so that I couldn't get the price difference and when I told them I had the bill on my phone they said that I needed a paper receipt. Arghh hate this location.

Worst worst customer service. The manager of the store and the lady at reception were very rude and not ready to help. Return policy a failure. Dont believe in return policy they will never take back. Instead they will start behaving rudely. I would never go to any dynamite store again.

This store has the worst customer service ever. No one notices you until you are at the cash register. On top of that their refund policy is a joke. A woman examined an unworn dress for 20 minutes (!!), wasting my time and would not provide a refund. If you need to examine a piece of clothing for that long to find something wrong with it, you might as well remove the policy all together. Future customers beware.
