Worst customer service ever... I bought a hoodie that was not in stock at the moment of purchase. They made me pay and never bothered to tell me when I should expect to have it . Waited for 1 week and nobody called me. Then I called the store 5 times. Nobody answered the phone, so I have to go to the store and ask. wait of my time!

I don't typically write reviews, but my experience tonight at this store was so appalling!! One of the sales associates made a very rude and inappropriate comment about a member of our party which unfortunately our party member overheard and was quite upset by the comment. I will never spend another cent in this chain of stores until they improve their hiring standards and customer service. In 2018, adults,especially women, should know better than to make demeaning references to or about young women! Shameful, Aritzia! Unfortunately Google would not let me give you zero stars, but even that would be too many in my opinion.

I went to this location to look for leggings. The associate said she would go to the back to see if they had my size in the ones I wanted, which were the Talula (I think they were specifically the Manhattan ones). from where I was standing just inside the fitting room area, I literally watched her walk only a few steps away, fold some clothes, and talk to another customer. I walked out of the fitting room are where she could see me waiting. She walked back over and told me there were none in the back....I went back the next day and somebody else ACTUALLY went to the back and found 2?! As if the insulting service wasn't enough, after following the wash/care instructions perfectly, the fabric of the leggings literally started to deteriorate less than 2 months later. I sewed them a few times, but they just continued to disintegrate. How does this happen?!?! FABRIC IS NOT SUPPOSED TO DISINTEGRATE. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

The girls who work at the cash are very passive aggressive and rude. Terrible customer service.
