Today was my first time in this location and I will never step foot in there again. The few first associates were so pleasant and friendly but one older Caucasian lady wearing a red dress who is apparently a manager, has the worst customer service/ people skills that I have ever encountered. We asked for help and she rolled her eyes and said she's busy and would come back and she didn't. I feel sorry for the girls who have to work with her. They deserve better.

I have been going to this store for years and never had any issues except this time. I was shopping for jeans with my daughter. We had already choose 2 jeans and were heading for jeggings. we just started looking at the first one on the pile, suddenly the store manager told us very rudely they were all same size. We were so shocked. She still kept staring at us. We felt very uncomfortable and just bought those 2 jeans and left. We have been very careful not to make a mess and folded/put back every jeans we touched. I have attached the receipt below hoping that the management will take actions by going through the footage during this time at the store. That was a very disrespectful behaviour when we didn't do anything wrong at all. All other sales staffs are always very nice and helpful.

I agree with the first two comments the store manager is a horrible horrible lady, she was rude and a racist, she kept staring as if we were beggars from the street and also made derogatory statements. I will never visit the store again and won't let any of my friends visit the store. Thumbs down to BlueNotes (Credit goes to the store manager). Please get rid of her and you might actually get some customers. 0/5
