Story

In 1975 Stitches started off with just a single retail store in the heart of downtown Toronto. We have now grown to over 75 locations nationwide, catering to young adults all over Canada. Stitches is successful because we listen to our customers and evolve to offer teens aged 14 to 18 trendy quality fashion at affordable prices. Quality is key to gaining our customers trust and we are constantly improving our product to ensure we offer styles that not only fit but last. Product and price are not the only factors in our ever-growing success. Stitches provides a high-energy retail environment for our customers that contributes to an enjoyable and positive atmosphere. This is reasonable big store located at Kennedy and Lawrence East. Well maintained, nice clean as well. There are lots of design available. For summer and for winter good designs available. BUT the problem is the dresses are more open for body - which is not appreciated by me. The prices are reasonable. Some prices are very affordable. Almost everytime whole sale is offered here. The plaza is having big parking lot. Usually no problem with car parking.

Cheap and best place... everything is just $10 or less.... only the winter jackets are more than $10 which goes from $25 to $100, which is affordable... I always prefer this place for shopping as I can everything is cheap and best cost with a fine quality...

The staff are ignorant, the floor in the changing room was sticky from pop and even though I ignored all of that and tried to buy something, they demanded ID on a cash purchase. I was refused the purchase because I didn't have my wallet, though my personal business is none of their concern when I'm buying with CASH. When I told them that it made no sense to look at my ID, the manager swore at me. Never again will I ever go there! Counterfeit scanners are not that expensive and aren't intrusive of people's personal information. They need to learn customer service, how to clean their store and how to update to the current world.
