RONA Quincaillerie Notre-Dame St-Henri

I love this store. Such a gem of a place. More than a regular hardware store, I have found trinkets and gifts that many people have commented on over the year that I’ve been in montreal. Special little store even if it’s not the cheapest. I do enjoy being able to have such creative local and neighbourhood businesses and will pay more to support them.

I ordered an item, and the customer service was excellent, waiting for the product, they reassured me that they would call as soon as it arrives, which shall be within the next few days.

Bigger than it looks. Good 1:1 service right when you walk in. They have things you will not find anywhere else! Their hardware and plumbing back store is impressive.

Much bigger than it looks. Has most of what you need crammed into here. Looks clean and organized in here, a bit more then the RONA on st-Patrick. Also has parking which is a big advantage.

Everyone needs a good local hardware shop when the bix stores are overkill. Have repeatedly gotten me out of jams.

I visited the store back in April looking for a specific product and was served by Mossir . The experience was 10 out of 10! He was patient , answered all of my questions and even took a call and spoke with my contractor for some additional information that was needed. Thank you again Mossir my floors turned out great !

Terrible customer service. Twice disappointed with mistakes in orders and rather than pick up the phone and try to call around to help the customer they just tell you to figure it out.

It's the exceptional customer service this place offers that put it above other stores

Used to go here all the time. They always have what I need. Just went for the first time in three years. Found exactly what I needed again and as always the staff are the friendliest and the most accommodating I’ve run into at any hardware store.

This is the best hardware store that I have ever been in. Look at all the reviews and you will see it's not just my opinion. Yesterday I had to get a battery for my car key. It was urgent it's called procrastination. I have much trouble walking so I parked outside the main doors, closer than the parking lot, but I had to get over the snow bank. It was an ambitious plan and went seriously wrong. I was deciding whether going back or forward would offer the least pain. At best inelegantly tumbling , at worst a trip to the General with something broken. Suddenly the store doors slid open , this was a job for... Rona Hardware Man. He offered a helping arm to lean on and helped me down. We went inside, bought a battery, he put it in the key, tested it.,went outside with me , back over the snow bank to the door of my car. Now that is customer service. Thank you Mark
