With a good selection of stuff in the heart of downtown, what else can you ask for. EXCEPT for this old man with a mustache and a store badge always walking around the store - I assume he's the store manager. Well, he should learn how to treat and respond to customers. I asked him a very simple question in English asking to locate a specific product, and he insisted on speaking French with me (because English is not one of the official languages in Canada, right?) and when I repeated the question in English, he said "What? What do you want?" in such a condescending tone. What a disgrace of a customer service. This guy should get fired and replaced.

Staff are always helpful, and the store itself is very well lit and laid out. One of the better CTs I’ve been to.

Returned an item & purchased the correct one. The customer service clerk was pleasant, fully bilingual and I walked out totally satisfied and in a good mood. No hassle. Happy!
