Don’t go if your looking for anScale to weigh items. Really surprised how big that store is and they didn’t have a scale to weigh stuff. They had a super old fashioned one but I needed a digital one

This branch of Canadian tire has a huge varieties of everything! I loved their organization and cleanliness. They have actually liquidation items on many things!nThe employes was friendly and helpful. Their self service cash is so much better than other branches nRecommended

Love love love this store! It has everything you need to start fresh in a new city. I bought my vaccum, heater, instant pot, microwave, table and chair from here and everything works a-okay. The staff was very helpful and special mention to a Moroccan staff I forgot his name. He helped us load the items in our cab in bad weather conditions, all with a friendly smile.

Really bad customer service! Cashiers never told us the used products can only be exchanged. We bought the pot and because it is too big for our kitchen place our cabinet range hood is quite low. We only pour water in and we came back to the SAME store to return it 2 days later with receipt.nThe Cashier only allow us to EXCHANGE to a SAME type of the product with the SAME brand. She said even if we want to talk to her manager there is not thing can be changed.nnWe requested to talk to a manager and he said the same thing.nThey have very bad attitude when talking to us while we are not good at English.nnHe tried to fool us by saying that Canadian's rule does not allows to return product. They said that their policy is written back of the receipt and as the client we have to find it and read it.nnWhy don't Canadian Tire make a big announcement or standee in front of every store that only people with sufficient English level to FIND and READ their policy written in the back of the receipt are allowed to enter the store.nnThank you for his service and advice as it reminds us there are many other places, stores to buy kitchen stuff such as Costco or Walmart.

This review relates to my last two visits where I received beyond excellent service. Fiona a supervisor accompanied me without a hint of fatigue or I’d rather just point to where the items you are looking for are located, or simply give a row number type attitude. In fact, it was more the ‘in what way can I actually help you get exactly what fits your needs best’. Fiona was exemplary and brings the bar up to where big box store’s staff should strive to raise their skills up to. Keep up the great work and you should have numerous satisfied customers — and in turn well deserved store or corporate management’s praise.
