I brought my car for an oil change and inspection B1 Mercedes Benz Service . While the oil itself was changed, I later opened the hood and discovered a shop rag left inside the engine bay under the fan after the service.nnThis is not a minor detail — leaving a foreign object inside a running engine compartment can lead to belt damage, overheating, burning smells, or even fire risk. Thankfully, I caught it early before any damage occurred.nnWhen I contacted the shop, I was told that “this can happen and it is not dangerous,” which is not an acceptable response for such a serious quality control failure.nnThis shows a lack of proper final inspection and attention to safety. I strongly recommend that management reviews their post-service quality checks, because this could have ended much worse

I’ve been here twice when my local mechanic is busy for weeks and they have done work without confirming with me. Once was extra liquid for my ac for an extra 200$ and this time they changed me for work when I asked for a diagnosis and it was 700$. It’s so bad I will have to contest. They also broke my Thule while mounting my car, at least they replaced it.

Went in during busy tire change season for a single tire replacement because of a bulge in the tire sidewall. They said 24 hours to get the tire and mount it on the rim. Got a call 6 hours later that the tire was ready. Can't complain about that kind of service, and everyone was very friendly.

David is Great. My tire got flat, and I needed to change tire ASAP, they helped me to get me a new tire very quick. Thanks very much.

This branch of Canadian Tire is smaller and less items are available compared to the other branches. I was looking for certain camping items that I previously saw in a different branch and, sadly, they did not have it here.
