The staff at Home Depot are always super friendly and welcoming—it feels like they greet you as if they already know you. They really take the time to help, and I’ve never had any issues with communication. The aisles are well-organized, fully stocked, and make shopping easy. Overall, a consistently positive experience every time I visit

Truly the worst experience. We wanted to get an interior door installed. They said it would arrive latest September 9th and it arrived the 30th! After having to call customer service multiple timesnThe door arrived damaged and dirty and when I contacted customer service again, they said I have to return it in store. The door does not fit in our car so we can’t return it in store. Why would you sell a door in store with the option to send it to someone but then you won’t take it back when you let it arrive damaged?nnVery frustrating and tiring process. Lost a lot of time and money. Wouldn’t recommend Home Depot as a company.

I cannot say enough good things about Sandra, who works in the Garden Center at the Home Depot on Saint-Antoine West. From the moment you arrive, she greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome. She is kind, courteous, and always ready to help, whether it’s answering a question, giving advice, or guiding you to the best plants for your space. Because of Sandra, I no longer shop anywhere else for my plants.nnWhat really sets her apart is the pride she takes in her work. The $5.00 plant section, which in most stores is often filled with struggling or dying plants, is here full of fresh, healthy options thanks to her care. The entire garden center is spotless, well organized, and thoughtfully arranged. Her displays are beautiful, creative, and inspiring, making it a joy to browse and shop.nnSandra truly makes the garden center a special place. Her positivity, dedication, and warm personality create an experience that goes far beyond just buying plants. Home Depot is extremely fortunate to have her, and I hope her efforts are recognized. She is the reason I keep coming back, time and time again.

Be warned! Avoid placing orders at this location.nnI placed an order online, they call me because apparently one of the items was not available.nnI didn’t see their call, and even though they cancelled the unavailable items, they still proceed to put my order in a limbo where they don’t ship it and I can’t cancel unless I call them.nnAnd guess what? They never answer the phone so I can’t even cancel the order and place it at a different Home Depot. Not even their own support representatives are able to get in touch with this store.nnI will never again order from this location.

September 25 2025nI went to go buy a bathtub n flooring for my bathroom. The girl working in that department by the name of Sonia was so extremely helpful. She found the tub I was searching everywhere for and helped me pick out flooring. She was Very patient and VERY friendly n just did an amazing job. Thank you Sonia!
