Coquitlam Beachcomber Hot Tubs, Patio Pools, Sauna & Gazebos

I purchased my hot tub from Beachcomber five years ago. Every year I meant to write a review and explain that I’ve had no issues zero problems with my hot tub. I am five years in and this is still the case, not a single problem. The staff at Beachcomber are excellent and the quality of their product is the best. I have heard so many nightmares of hot tubs having issues and problems. We are 100% happy with our purchase. Again, five years and not a single problem. Nightmare! Getting a hot tub should be a fun, exciting time but it was far from that. The attitude received from the team members was ridiculous on how rude they would be. They would just pass off any concerns of problems to Wendy. We would always just be told to await a call back and never receive a call back. We had to keep chasing for answers and no one informed us when the tub delivery was set until the night before. The delivery guys were so polite and nice, but didn't know what tools to even use to connect the motor and forgot to clamp the hose. Not a lovely thing to find out after filling the tub and putting in all the starter chemicals. Not a fun and exciting start.

Received our 540 LEEP in Oct 2022. The owner Jim definitely got our fam into the best size/model for us. Four months later we are still loving our tub. Kody, the tech guy, really know his stuff so we’re grateful for his professional insights. Also like getting 20% off all products once a month.

There wasn't a lot of range of pricing. If you want extremely expensive patio furniture this is the spot! The furniture was beautiful! I was a little sad that not one of the sales people asked if I needed any help. Maybe they were all busy I saw a few of them at the front counter when I walked in.

The staff at Beachcomber are the best - whether it's tracking down a rare filter size, testing my hot tub water and telling me exactly how to fix it as many times as I need!, recommending a pipe clean which I'd never heard of, or even providing cleaning solution for my jetted bathtub, they seem to know it all. I would highly recommend them for products and service!

Absolutely amazing service and attention to detail. We bought our hot tub here over a decade ago and it still seems like brand new. We maintain it according to the service package. We have also purchased great Ratana furniture and treasure garden umbrellas. Recently we ordered new cushions for Our patio furniture and it arrived in only a weeks time. Great service. I bought a large hot tub from Beachcomber after a friend of mine did. He told me to seek out Sandra as he was very happy with the friendly and easy service he got from her. For me she had great product knowledge and answered all my questions. I love my new tub and wouldn't hesitate recommending Beachcomber to all my friends.

Just recently purchased a house with a 8 person beach comber hot tub! Beach Comber has been great with educating us on how to care for our hot tub, and introducing us to accessories like tub safe Epsom salts I bought my husband a bunch for our anniversary! we have strenuous jobs and use it pretty much every day. Thanks for all the help! Also noteworthy. Edwin was awesome and when I went bought the anniversary gift, the lovely women at the counter offered me a homemade jalapeno scone. It was delicious.
