RONA

Well organizednNot too crowdednVery helpful and respectful.nSome tools are more expensive than online shipping or other stores.

I placed an online order on rona.ca and have been waiting for missing parts for weeks. I’ve opened two cases #01239960 and #01245841 and have received no resolution despite several follow-ups. Very disappointing online customer service experience.

We went to buy a gallon of paint and the girl in the painting section said there was an offer on a specific brand, $45 the gallon so we took it. She could not find the base and so smart she came with 2 cans and said it was the same and it would be ever cheaper for us, both of the for $40. We asked about the quantity and she says “about the same” and left to prepare it.nWe went to check by ourselves and “about the same” for her was 2 cans of 890ml equals a gallon of 3,7l.nFound this very disappointing and dishonest.nWhen we mentioned that she just asked, so what, you are not taking it?

Store is not well stocked, went to buy a gas tank, they charged me then told me they had none left, but still left me waiting in the service line for 40 minutes before refunding me. Waste of time.

The kind man you helped me with the screws I was searching for was a 5/5 and is this review is not for his service but more so for the very racist cashier who talked to me like I was less than her. I wear the hijab and she treated me very different than the older woman who was not wearing a hijab just in front of me. When you work is customer service that type of behaviour is gross and uncalled for. She needs to be more professional at work.
