Horrible customer service,called them to deliver my winter tires at same day when I have tires service 3months ago,when time comes,they told me not delivered yet in person.nAnd then ,I ask them to make order for next week service,but when I called them to check whether it has delivered or not, they told me hold on when I talked to them in English after being hanging on phone for 15mins!!!!! And waiting forever after,no one comes back after, never ever experienced any Canadian tires service like this!!!!

Same problem as other Canadian TiresnnI made an online purchase which was to be picked up in one of teh lockers. Which, unlike every other Canadian Tire, they managed to install after the cash register.nnNow most stores nowadays use AI and other automated solutions to manage loss prevention. But not the South Shore Canadian Tires. No: they prefer to treat every customer as if they were a thief. So insulting.nnSo I walked in, picked up my package all the time under the very obvious camera system, was about to walk out and they still managed to ask me to inspect my bags.

Disgusting experience, receptionist mentioned That the garage was opened to 9 and that parts can be delivered on Saturdays, I needed my vehicle for Saturday night, so I left it overnight for them to make the repairs in the morning.nWhen I arrived just before 5pm, they said it closes at 5 instead of 9, and the following morning they tell me they can't order parts on the weekend, so two different areas the receptionist was wrong. When I mentioned I'll come get my inspection report and go to another garage, they then called me back saying I can't leave with my vehicle, they're forcing me into an overpriced service, they did not remotely deliver on what was promised when I brought it in and now they're even preventing me from getting it repaired somewhere else.nThis place is a huge scam and the mechanic took no responsibility for damaging my vehicle.

Their light bulb sold as dimmable but they are not … cannot return it. I did exchange but still not dimmable.

I recently went for an oil change at this service center, and it was a highly disappointing experience. After the service, I noticed that the lower engine shield was covered in oil, indicating a sloppy and careless job. To make matters worse, they lost the cover, which is simply unacceptable.nnWhen I returned to address these issues, they refused to take responsibility for the cover and assured me they would call me with a resolution. It's been some time now, and I have yet to receive any follow-up from them. This behavior is neither responsible nor professional. I expected much better service, and this experience has left me feeling frustrated and ignored. I will not be returning and recommend this place to others.
