Canadian Tire

I have had a bad experience with this store with a return. They eventually accepted it after a lot of back and forth. The worst return experience I have ever had in any store in Canada. I had a bad experience with their auto service which caused a flat but denied responsibility a long time ago and I stopped using their auto service for this reason but up until now I have not had any issues with the store. I will think twice before buying anything at this store as return is a hassle .

I had an réservation for tire repair at 8am and was told it’d be ready in 40-50min. It turned out nobody’s took the job until in one hour. And it took me in the end 2.5hours. While I ask for explanation, the receptionist threw me the name card of his manager only. Extremely rude!! In addition, I had on the exact the same place for twice for holes and they failed to explain to me whether or not it’s coincidence or not. Definitely very disappointing and I demand investigation on the service attitude.

I was in a massive rush today and expected to be stuck waiting forever. To my surprise, the line moved incredibly fast, and the team working the front was completely dialed in. I got exactly what I needed in half the time I thought it would take. I really appreciate a business that respects your time.

I bought an expensive item last summer that had a 1-year exchange warranty at Canadian Tire. I brought it back to this store, expecting I'd have to fight to get the exchange I was entitled to. To my pleasant surprise, the very nice lady at the counter allowed me to exchange it, no questions asked. This experience has increased my trust in Canadian Tire significantly and makes me more likely to buy from the store in the future. Thank you!

nice and new Canadian tires. lots of products and always come out with more than I came for.nI can spend my entire day roaming this store. has garden stuff, hone stuff, car stuff, tools, seasonal things and lots of kitchen things too. if you can't find something elsewhere they will prob have it here
