Good experience. A huge display of everything. Staff is very helpful

If there is 0.5 star I would give. This store I bought few times. And all the elder women has aggressive altitude toward me since I’m not speaking French. Refuse service at auto department don’t want help me check out. Refund department mock me because I return some of the liquid I bought 20 more days ago. If you are not white and quebecois I suggest you don’t come here. Product is as good as any store.

Rating the staff here, they are super nice and helpful, but if you are not at the counter or at the auto part, you do have to search a bit for one.

I took my car for tire replacement and I made sure to put my replacement tires in plastic bags when I put them in my car but when I went to pick up my car, I found that they put the tires directly on my back seat without the bags or any protection so now my seats are dirty! when I complained to the front desk the women at the garage desk completely discarded my complain which is really unconsidered and irrespecutful. The least you can do is take responsibility of your mistake or apologize! worst customer service.

HinnExcellent experience at this branch for car service .nMy car stop in front of Scotia bank ,went at Canadian Tire walking they share same parking ,speak the service manager says it needs to be toyed even if it same parking lot .nnI told himI did not want to pay$200 for a 30 seconds transport,he said no worries calling myself ,finally the price $100 !nnMy front brake were to close to be on metal , tookcare of that and my spark plugs where old took care of that ,my car was ready around 4:00 pm next day ,hadn't appointment nExcellent service ,co.pliment to crew andnService manager on top of thing'snnCheersnnMike
