“One word—‘too dirty’—completely ruined my perfect mood for the day! I don’t understand how the cooler in the photo can be considered dirty? I simply no longer need it. I only bought it a week ago and never used it. I wanted to return it, but the arrogant clerk refused, claiming it was ‘too dirty’! This is Canada, not a third-world country! Shocking service! I will never shop at this kind of department store again! I felt malice!”

I’ve only used Canadian Tire for tire-related services, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. I purchased both winter+rims and all-season tires from them and spent a significant amount of money expecting professional service.nnThe first time, I was surprised when they refused to provide simple plastic bags for the old tires — something that should be standard, especially after spending that much. On my second visit, the service got even worse. Despite my clear instructions, they installed the new tires on the wrong set of rims — they used the winter tire rims instead of the correct ones.And they left winter tires unbalanced.

I was in a difficult situation where my tire blew out while I was visiting Montreal. Dominic and his team were very kind, helping me to track down the tire I needed and getting it changed in no time. I highly recommend visiting this tire place for top notch service!

Ugh, I'm so frustrated with that store's customer service right now; it's a total disaster. I tried to return something last week, and the whole process was ridiculously complicated , Honestly, the staff seemed completely clueless and unhelpful, making the experience even worse. They really need to train their employees better and streamline their return policies. I'm seriously considering to not step in that Canadian tire anymore,
