So couple of comments. On a positive note Dr. Dove is very knowledgeable, kind and supportive. Would recommend her 10 times over. For Dr . Dove a 10 star. The downside however is that nothing is ever on time. Too many clients?? Not staffing appropriately??? Not proving enough time for patients and trying to squeeze in as many as possible to increase revenue? If you are going count on at least 45 min wait after your appointed time.

Been there several times. Three times for sleep study and several appointments. My biggest issue is not being called with a date for a hospital test. I waited over two months just to find out when. Called and was told that you were still waiting to hear a date. Then a couple weeks later the hospital called to "remind me" that my appointment was in a couple days. I had to change plans to get there with almost no warning

Dr. Gottschalk is a wonderful physician and a truly caring and compassionate human being. He listened to and addressed all of my concerns and I never felt as if he was rushing through my appointment which is often the case with other specialists. He also performed a very thorough neck-up examination. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to be his patient and would recommend him highly to others without hesitation.

Dr. Gottschalk and Lisa are Amazing. Getting my diagnosis and the machine was a life changing event. The techs are excellent as well. If you have sleep apnea and don't get treatment you are crazy. Get treated follow the direction to the letter and get better. This is the first time I have ever written a review on any topic ever but this so important and they are so great i had to speak up.

Dr. Gottschalk is the more sincere caring doctor I have ever met. He was a pioneer in sleep disorders before it was ever known. He has been looking after me for more than 22 years and has always treated me as a caring physician who wants to do only the best for you. Ontario Health Care system is broken and look at other specialist you might of visited. You have 6 to 8 month wait time, then your appointment is pushed back and you are just a number. With Dr. Raymond Gottschalk you are not a number or just a patient, you are someone who cares very deeply for and will to great extents to make you quality of life better.
