Rogers

Today I faced an ugly situation at this store. I returned the equipment on Saturday, November 25, 2017, but was not processed. On the provided statement, it said "not returned". I spoke over the phone with Rogers, and was told that it cannot be checked, and I have to go to the store. I went there, and Sam found out that the device is received, but not processed. That was a mistake of Nim. He never apologized, instead laughed at my face. It is a terrible store, and I am going to complaint to Rogers. Never ever will go to Rogers and this store.

I just want to let people know that Larry, Jen and Brandon go the extra mile with their customer service. I lost my phone and I was frantic. I ended up finding it and really appreciate that this staff stayed with me til I was satisfied. They stayed an hour after their store closed. I would definitely recommend their services .

Sam at Rogers Disera location in Thornhill was absolutely terrific. I have been to this location many times and I have never received such quality, great service. All my questions were answered and his customer service exceeded beyond my expectations!!

amazing customer service, very fast and professional, took advantage of the Rogers platinum MasterCard which no one told me about until i came into the store, im saving so much every month now , very polite and respectful towards me , they took their time and genuinely care . definitely will go here over other stores.

Very unprofessional customer service. At no time did they acknowledge me other than a nod and "what do you want". There was a trainee doing the work, his supervisor at one time told another supervisor to help the trainee and called him a #$%, albeit jokingly. Being the only customer in the store at the time with 4 agents, they bantered with each other in very colourful language, ignoring me completely while the trainee struggled. Is this the face of Rogers that the company wants to present to the public? Kids behind the counter swearing at each other having a good old time while a customer waits?
