Winners & HomeSense

One of the best locations filled with so much variety. It’s the perfect location for gift shopping. Because there is a HomeSense attached to it, there is a lot to look through. Make sure you have enough time. I can easily spend hours at this location. Some items do get dirty and damaged though.

I love the store, hate the customer service. I called today asking for help and was told to come back tomorrow. I explained that we were gifted a blanket but the security tag was inside the blanket, it had ribbon and everything so we didn’t see the tag. My sis gifted it to us for Christmas but we had to fly out on Christmas Day so we opened the gift but didn’t unpack it from the packaging, and we didn’t come back till today. I called customer service and she keeps telling me to come to the store tomorrow and I said if we can go some other days this week and she said that I need a receipt, credit card and they can look it up and if it was paid by cash then she can’t help me. What a joke. I have to call customer service tomorrow and ask for them for a different solution, because it is a gift, and it’s been paid for. This is also not the first time where I have to go back to get a tag removed because they keep forgetting to take it out.

One of the best Winners and home sense locations in GTA. They have a good variety of products. Their shoe sections are perfect. Their toys section is very good. In the Home sense, you can find whatever you want at a good price. I highly recommend this store.

Wow. I don't know where to start. First of all I have to say I love home sense. I shop there often and they have a great selection of items which I love and always come back and I live 5 minutes away from there so it's super convenient. THE SERVICE. I wait in line for 20 minutes. TWENTY. about to literally pass out because I'm overheating in my winter jacket. After 20 minutes they finally called backup which took almost a whole 10 minutes to come, non of the cashiers seemed like they wanted to be there it was just horrible I'm sad to say I probably will come back because it's close by to me. Maybe they'll hire competent staff next time.

I came in to return a jacket that I purchased 2 weeks ago with tags on. The lady at customer service who i believe may be the manager refused to return the item because she said it had an odour to it. To be specific she said it smelt like curry. I can guarantee you that it did not smell like curry. I went to return the jacket at a different location and they took it back with no issues.nnIf you purchase items for a family member with a chance that you will probably be returning, do not do so at this location.nnShe was very rude and it was impossible to reason with her. I generally like winners but will not be coming back to this location.
