Everything in this LCBO store is well-organized and easy to find. The selection of drinks is extensive, and the layout makes it simple to locate what you’re looking for. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. I was particularly impressed with how efficiently they manage the checkout lines—whenever a line starts to form, they quickly open additional registers to ensure customers are served promptly. Overall, it’s a well-run store that offers a pleasant shopping experience.

This LCBO is so conveniently located at the Promenade Mall circle. Plenty of parking in front of the store. The store keeps a great selections of international alcohol and I love how they take time to display their inventory. Its very easy for shoppers to find what they need. They store also has a decent section for kosher alcohol and liquor selection. The LCBO App is helpful when you don't see the price for a drink on the shelf, however the favorite list on the App never works for me. The inventory level is not necessary up to date so the best way to find out is to call the store to confirm.

I visited this LCBO location recently and was quite disappointed with the service and organization. The staff seemed ill-prepared and lacked proper training. In my opinion, some of the older staff members may benefit from additional training, while others might need to be replaced.nnThe staff just put all spirit bottles in disarray, with spirits haphazardly placed in beer boxes. It was clear that the employees were not attentive and seemed disengaged, almost as if they were working like zombies. The overall atmosphere was unprofessional and far below the standard I expected from an establishment like the LCBO.nnUnder the same licensee, I have visited many other LCBO locations, but this one stands out as the worst in terms of customer service and organization. I hope that the management takes steps to improve the situation and provide customers with a better experience in the future.

A wide choice of what I like. Cabernet Sauvignon Carnivor, Josh and Tom Gore are the best. Waiting for paper bags coming back.

It's a very good liquor store with a lot of promotional merchandise at very reasonable prices and a lot of variety that will be coming back
