Excellent customer service! The store is small but the prices are fair and the staff are fantastic! They genuinely care and will spend time to really explain any questions you may have.

Small store with small selection of products. Staff are helpful though. Location is convenient.

Last printer sold opened, cartridge was installed. The printer didn't work completely.
Exchanged it in the other branch.

Is all The Source shops has poor customer service? I mean this guy was very angry when I asked him a few questions and he didn't know. The items are overpriced and it seem they just know how to sell. I rather go to Canada Computer instead of seeing angry crew.
