Roots

Got rejected for an exchange due to no knowledge about other stores from reperesentatives. I couldn't exachange something that was in that same store on a hanger because apparently I have purchased my product from an outlet store. However, it says nothing about it on the receipt nor on the product. I have called the location I purchased the original product from and they have said that they are no longer an outlet store but transitioned to an actual roots store. Update your knowledge before rejecting clients especially the ones that have just became a newly loyal shopper but no longer wants to commit and shop at roots. The representatives in the store are the faces of the company. If the customer service is failing, so will the company no matter how good the product is. I know it because I work in the biggest retail company myself and I know that great client service is number 1.

Store structure is warm and inviting. Definitely a good location

Typical selection of Roots clothing, though they don't seem to carry shoes or boots anymore
