I absolutely love this place! I started coming to this gym October 2016 and can't get enough.  The facility is my safe place to be and to meet all my fitness goals, socialize with some of the coolest people and coached by driven and professional individuals. I always feel so welcomed by everyone and would recommend all locations to anybody. Check out the gym it is definitely suitable for you!

The facility is top of the line with brand new equipment, while the open gym area is ideal for powerlifters and olympic lifters with calibrated bars and plates. The location is ideal for anyone who works or lives downtown who doesn't like commercial gyms. The owner and coaches make sure to create an inviting environment for everyone to get strong.

This place offers amazing crossfit fitness classes that are sure to whip you into shape. And they are inclusive as I am a stroke survivor and suffer physical disabilities but they have welcomed me and provide great training for me
