It had a good flow. I felt like I was “working out”, got the sweat going!! The sound track was excellent, really kept you moving. :) Awesome instructor!! Clean environment- liked that we all had to be accountable for wiping off the equipment after we used it. Everyone was great and so helpful. Loved the energy and the workout!!

My time at Orangetheory Fitness Jasper has been life changing. The workouts are efficient and challenging, the coaches at Jasper Gates are engaging and positive, and the music gets me in the mood to move. I’ve gone from a skeptic to a believer in 3 short months, during which time my energy has skyrocketed, my cardiovascular health has peaked, and I’m the fittest I’ve been since university. I highly recommend OTF to anyone who wants to take their fitness to the next level

Challenging, positive environment yet at the same time it's not intimidating. From the coaches to the front end staff to the other participants, it's a very welcoming and supportive community. I don't know how to work out. I love that there are experts who guide me through, motivate me throughout, all with great music playing and a very very intense workout in under an hour. It's perfect!

Remarkable! It’s like having a personal trainer. And the heart monitor you wear helps you kick it up when your body has acclimatized to the workout so you get maximum results. Worth. Every. Penny!!!
