Tim Hortons

One thing I will have to say is that the stop is very quick and serving the customers very rarely do you find a lineup. The place is clean the washrooms are clean you find a lot of regulars that go there on a daily basis. Within its parking lot there's a giant tagger a dollar Rama the convenience store that also sells flowers for Outside Inside plants I think it's a Halal grocery store. There's definitely plenty of parking and it is wheelchair accessible to all stores including Tim Hortons. There's a bus right outside of Tim Hortons Kennedy Station is in walking distance. I find that this Tim Hortons it has a drive-thru it's a very busy place so that should say something about the service and the food. If you happen to be in the neighborhood stop in Timmy's and your locks and have some lunch breakfast obviously coffee tea and drinks no alcohol.

The staff is nice but the service is terrible. They only seem to care about fast service in the drive thru. Walk in customers only get one line, one cash open only, ever. If you order white hot chocolate, they will only fill the cup half way. They absolutely do not care about the walk in customers' time or wait.

it was slow, got my order taken right away. Took them longer to take my payment because i guest having a conversation in there language is more important that serving their customers. Ordered an ice cap and 20 timbits, raspberry filled for my kids. Timbits were all stale and no filling had to throw out all 20 timbits since i was already far. Such a waste if money. Never going to this location again.

They ask for your order, then as you start to tell them they have you stop, then 20 seconds later they ask you to order again. The toasted sandwich quality is lacking because if you order a toasted bagel it is never freshly toasted because somehow they have a bagel ready for you in the 3 seconds that you pulled ahead from the speaker to the window. My guess is they have dozens of pre-toasted bagels and pre-made biscuits sitting there. Very efficient, not very tasty.

Had to go really quick. Ordered 3 sausage sandwiches ( no combo ) and it was quick. Cause we didnt get the sausage. Employee refused to admit and said that she put in sasuage and we took it out. So what was the point of making me repeat and scream out my order to clarify if I'm not going to even get.
