Tim Hortons

It's Saturday today, day before Easter Day and we are having coffee from here. There is a big line up in both Drive Thru and front counter and the line is getting bigger and bigger. I honestly appreciate the hard work and patience of the whole team. We should try to give them bonus and appreciation for their calmness and quick service. Very professional and hard working employees.

Worst tim Hortons. They never get anything right and I was just there and ordered a large BLACK datkroast. I got a coffee with milk and sugar. Didn't realize till I was driving down kennedy. A black coffee isn't hard you don't need to add anything to it. Come on. I order my daughter a everything bagel with cheddar and they put on cream cheese. If the lady taking orders can't understand then hire someone new and faster that understands orders. The driver thru is ridiculously slow.nnI wish tim Hortons would give someone more competent a franchise in the area that cared about quality and good service.

I’ve been to the Tim Hortons at 682 Kennedy Road several times, and it’s consistently a great experience. The staff are always friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. The service is quick, and my orders are almost always accurate. The location is clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable seating area if you want to sit down for a coffee or snack. I especially appreciate how fresh the coffee and baked goods taste — the donuts and Timbits are always soft and delicious. It’s a reliable spot whether I’m grabbing a quick breakfast or just stopping in for a coffee break.

Not a good location. May 20/25- busy location with a garbage manager. The manager is bad because she saw I was in line before this one family but she served them first probably because they will bring more money. I didn’t catch her name but she lit a spark in me and I don’t like it

It's Friday 4.30pm I wanted to sit in a table to enjoy my coffee & Oreo cookies . I see some one have spilled ice cap on the table and floor and it's dried and sticky. I assume it was not cleaned for long time. I asked the girl on the counter can you please clean the table so I can sit and have my coffee. There was no other table was available.The girl asked the shift manager if she can clean the table. The manager said to her No. I am a stroke survivor disabled. My one hand paralyzed and my body right side paralyzed .I have go and get the soap water in their cleaning container they use for cleaning and clean it my self with one hand. They are standing and watching. This is how they treat the regular customer, no respect or dignity!nVery poor management!
