Tim Hortons

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons today! Special thanks to Nasreen for her wonderful hospitality — she was friendly, polite, and made an excellent dark roast coffee. Even though the place was quite busy, she and the rest of the team managed everything quickly and efficiently.nThe environment was really pleasant — clean tables, plenty of space to sit, and an overall welcoming vibe. Love visiting this location!

So… while I have come here before, since this experience, I’m unsure I will return.nnI purchased what I thought would be fresh coffee and Timbits for an event at my workplace where I would be hosting government officials for an inspection. This was an important meeting and quality was key. I was looking for fresh and flavourful, so I made the purchase close to the start of the actual meeting time.nnThank goodness one of my colleagues opened the creamers before my official guests did...nnSee images attached. I’ve heard of cream and milk going bad before, but never like this. Gross. I mean, mould had time to populate and birth a love child, it looks like.nnManagers/staff: please, please check the freshness of all items before serving to customers. Thank you.

This Tim Hortons never disappoints. The staff is super friendly and they always greet you with a smile. My orders come out quickly and everything tastes fresh. You can really feel that the team works hard to keep customers happy. It’s a comfortable spot to grab a coffee, relax, or take something on the go. Great vibe and great service every time.

I was waiting there for more than 30 minutes but they were ignoring me. when i asked that I am waiting here and you should ask from customer for what they are waiting then there were two ladies started shouting and showed a very rude behaviour.nI have video and attached it there please see it then u will realize how rude were they.nIn a video uploaded here both workers were very rude.nnTim hortons should take action or i will take further action against them.

Stopped by Tim Hortons today and honestly loved it. The staff were really welcoming and made the experience feel extra nice. The place had a cozy, relaxed vibe that made me want to stay longer. Definitely one of the better Tim’s locations I’ve visited!
