Chipotle Mexican Grill

by far the WORST experience we’ve had EVER. i myself am in the service industry so i understand. upon walking in we did not get greeted like we typically would at any Chipotle. Kitchen music was very loud so it was hard to hear the staff. not saying staff was unprofessional but they could have definitely tried a lot harder. they were low on rice, out of lettuce. so our tacos and especially the burrito was smaller than average. staff just didn’t seem like they worked well together. as we approached the check out, management came out and was very helpful, you could tell was doing his best and i appreciated that but the rest of staff could definitely do better. STILL love Chipotle forever and always though!

I have been sorely disappointed with this location. We ordered online 3 separate times and each and every time we arrive after the “time it will be ready” from the website, and each and every time nobody has even started making the order. One time it wasn’t even line-out-the-door busy. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. 20 minutes after that time passed I finally had my food. I would have had my food faster if I didn’t order online and just went in and stood in line. This needs to change. The “online order” door has also been closed each time I came. So I had to go inside to the front counter and interject between the dozens of customers in line for their food. And then wait for them to even start making mine. I will seek out a different location in the future. Poor management.

Beat Chipotle in the Twin Cities, hands down. Always well-staffed, friendly, and despite behind constantly busy the ingredients are always high quality. As a Twin Cities Chipotle regular, this is easily my store if choice. AND parking uptown? Seriously. Impressive.

Love the food! I love that they have brown rice, if you want and 2 mine off beans. It always tastes good. They'll give you lots of rice if you ask. Friendly workers.

Ordered online to avoid the ridiculously long lines: 3 bowls, 3 tacos, and 2 bags of chips. The order was not ready for pickup when they said it would be, and then every single item in the order was wrong. They also completely omitted the chips from the order. On top of that, when I called to ask for a refund, they would not give me one unless I brought my receipt back in! I was furious and asked to speak to a store manager, at which point I was told I was speaking to the store manager and they could not help me. I will never be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone. Head to the Excelsior location instead. Excellent customer service and more generous on portions.
