Potbelly Sandwich Shop

First time stopping by. The food is real good. I was a little lost so would have wish the interaction was a little more friendly. I had no clue what to order. Never had tried potbelly Sandwiches but overall reading the signs helped.

Stopped in for a sandwich while waiting for the bus. Fellow at the door was playing the guitar and singing. Staff was friendly and sandwich was great! Great experience.

As customers, you’d think the staff would be happy you were spending your bucks here versus the multitude of other lunch options. Yet, this crew of miserable dudes are consistently annoyed to have to make sandwiches (we all to live with our life choices bros). Management - what happened to the crew you had a year ago? Much friendlier and pleasant to interact with. Also - try to avoid chatting with your coworkers and talking over customer’s open sandwiches. Nasty.

Fantastic warm subs... Great cuts of real meats... Not processed meat. !!!!

Very friendly staff from ordering to paying... Just so happened they forgot to make my sandwich after ordering it. It was fairly busy at the time so a few minutes go by and they finally realize it as I'm standing there alone. They respond by quickly making the sandwich and then giving it to me complimentary!
