Good furnished apartments for people moving to rochester from overseas

Looked at a condo for rent here. Building seems a little sketchy. Condo was pretty beat up & dirty. Wasn't very impressed.

We asked for some towels for the whole time we are there and never got them, the dryer didn't work, there was poop all over the toilt. And we asked to take some off the bill, they said they couldn't but offer us more nights for free. If we didt like it the first night why would we go back.
