Very convenient to all facilities in Rochester, MN. Outstanding housekeeping, friendly staff, fitness centre well equipped. Would definitely recommend to all travellers.

This hotel is located at the centre of the city and it's besides the Mayoclinic hospital and that's all about the advantages of this hotel. I stay in this hotel for approximately 6 months it's really a very expensive Price and low quality of the furniture of the room and low quality of services. Most of the staff are not welling to do them job and they don't care about the satisfaction of the customers they are only looking for your payment at the end of the month. The front desk usually empty specially at night. There are no restaurants or grocery on it. I don't recommend this hotel for any reason. Don't waste your money and try any other hotel.

I'd stayed for a month. Great apartment. Wonderful staff. Close to mayo clinic.

We are staying at Broadway Plaza during week-long appointments at Mayo Clinic. We had previously stayed at Holiday Inn, and this is definitely an upgrade. We have a 1 bedroom unit, and its exactly as pictured on the website, including a washer/dryer combo. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary pots/pans/plates/etc. The bed is EXTREMELY comfortable! The facility is well appointed, with exercise room, lap pool, hot tub, and dining room for breakfast; all included in the price. (oddly, the breakfast "buffet" had hash browns, sausage, toast etc, but NO eggs. What's up with that? ) Anyway, we are very happy with our decision to upgrade to the Broadway Plaza condo. From the Holiday Inn.
