Nice place to stay. Had a suite for the weekend. loved that the room had a kitchen so we could make food an not have to eat out every meal.

Clean affordable classy rooms. Nice staff Good buffet. Should have biscuits and gravy everyday on the breakfast buffet. Free fountain drinks. Parking is like $10.

I stay here about six days a month for work. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, and they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable.

614 has an old, lumpy, uncomfortable bed. Shower is clearly intended for use as a bath and treacherously slippery. Poor lighting due to high ceilings. Typical older Residence Inn treatments and couch is sadly worn out and cushions have no support. Odor in the halls & room is reminiscent of a hospice but given the proximity to Mayo and likelihood that clientele is probably mostly patients it's understandable. Staff is the lone bright spot.
