Hilton Garden Inn Rochester Downtown

We worked with Michelle to help reserve a block of rooms for our wedding. She was professional and helpful through the process. In addition, when we were able to reserve a certain number of rooms, we were offered a free room and shuttle service to and from the hotel to our wedding venue. We also worked with them on reserving a post-wedding brunch room to celebrate with our family and friends the day after. Everything was great - and I strongly recommend them to be considered when you are planning your wedding!

My stay was very pleasant. The bed was soft and sheets comfortable. Clean and overall pleasant staff. Didn't quite get great service at breakfast but didn't dampen experience. I would recommend.

Attended a 24 hour event in one of the conference rooms. It was clean and well attended to. Hotel staff made frequent visits to ensure the safety and well-being of the attendees and to answer questions and provide support. There was ample seating available and everyone was professional and kind.

Tiffany at guest services was working all alone; the phone was ringing off the hook and the line for check-ins was backed up. She was patient and accommodating to everyone. That's a true professional in my opinion! She went above and beyond for her guests. Thank you Tiffany for making the stay more enjoyable.

The rooms are very nice and views are good. Staff is friendly, and the location is really nice. Very centrally located to lots of restaurants and the Mayo clinic.
