Terrible customer service. Unwilling to really help out with my enquiry. Was hung up on without even a thank you for calling, almost to the point of being rude.

Overpriced product that is made from cheap metal and mass produced in China. Each cabinet handle is double to triple wrapped in more plastic furthering the pollution of our planet, and who the heck in Canada thinks using philips head screws Cheaply and sloppily made to boot is in anyway a good idea. Absolute trash.

Purchased an acoustic operable wall for my office. Product functions well. Service was great. Staff and management were friendly and knowledgeable.

Very Rude Older gentle men answered the phone was judge mental about spelling my ethnic name and sounded angry for me calling in and asking basic questions and having price inquiries. Will go with Marathon hardware instead.

Horrible customer service. People who answering on customers' calls are not polite and are rude. I asked to talk with payables apartment or with manager because I did not get information I was asking for, they ended call. Unprofessional and rude.

Worst managed place...!!! Laugh when you make an english mistake.
