Bought a refrigerator and stove there, was scheduled a delivery a week later, and never showed.It's 2 weeks now without a fridge and still can't get a hold of their delivery people.As somebody else has already mentioned, their delivery people are very unprofessional and unreliable. I'm expected to wait by the phone for a phone call that never happens, from one day to another. I would definitely avoid buying here and go to a more reliable outfit, maybe Costco.No stars.

I consider my myself a moderate person, never gets angry or negative easily, but Lowe’s Canada Richmond store really really makes felt disgusted. They failed to delivery apportionment 3 times since I bought my washer and dryer last year Dec 26 2017, and today is Jan 28 2018, two of appointment they confirmed one day before, and I take my time off and waited waited, never show up, no one call me to inform me what happed, I have to call and waited in the line for hour to get to know they won’t come, reasons including no stock, truck failure. But why would Lowe’s schedule and confirm it at first place, the most disgusting problem is no one let me know, and I have to call them!! More disgusting thing is their employees Jay and Ben told me will call me back on time, but they never did as promised. I already have no working washer and dryer for more than one month, and wasted two Friday mornings with them, and till now, I don’t know when or if Lowe’s Canda will deliver my paid 1800 dollar washer and dryer. So save your time and money go to other place to buy — at Lowe's Canada (New Westminster, British Columbia).

The online shopping is a joke!!! I order a refrigerator online ,they cancel my order after charge my credit card and sent me an email explain there was a inventory error. I order another refrigerator afternoon, same thing happen!Charging my credit card and sent me an email that told me my order had been cancel again because of the same reason! Now my credit card has been hold $1400 credit, I can't use it until they give my money back. Very bad shopping experience, never got this in my life! Wouldn't watse my time and money on this store anymore!

We're looking for some specialized trim, and although they didn't have it, Vic was SUPER helpful, pointed out any alternative products we might be able to use, and directed us to a specialty shop nearby thatshould be able to help us. Store was also super clean.

Far better than the Home Depot. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and well stocked shelves. We always leave with what we came for. I wish they had one in Vancouver.
