Before I came to this place, I have visited 5 big brand stores having very vague answers that led me to keep searching for a specific part of hardware I was looking for (for 3 days in a row). At other places people were willing to help, but didn't know how to. *** Workers at this location found in a catalogue the part I needed, instantly ordered delivery and in less than an hour I had this special piece of hardware in my hands. :) People are very helpful and know how to do their business by helping customers. 5 Stars***

Great location and prices. Friendly staff was very knowledgable and helped me find the right sealer for my deck. Definitely will be back!

Poor customer service! Slow cashiers on the weekends and looks like children are doing doing cash looked very unprofessional (not even in a uniform) Did not trust giving them any from of payment. No one was able to help me look for an item. The only person that was able to do anything was on lunch. I left everything behind and went to Rona. This is not my first bad interaction at this location. I was in there again on monday morning and i heard yelling. I later find out from another coustomer it was the owner yelling at the staff. Never again will I support this company. West can or even Home hardware. The prices are not as cheep as you think. Check else were first before shopping here.

Had what I needed for a fair price. Staff was pretty useless for my first visit. I've had much better service from other hardware stores.
