If you know a good lawyer then do business with elegant cause instead of taking care of the deficiencies missing hardware and poor workmanship these guys choose to send collection agencies yes, 'agencies' two of them after me. All I asked them to do was to fix the problems and take the remainder. These kind of businesses are Cancer to the service industry. And did I mention it was blamed on pandemic for a year and now they are threatening to confiscate my assets. Beware people! I'm in Construction industry from 25 years never had this kind of a poor experience.
Based on my experiene, do not use this company EVER and I’m embarrased that my contracter recommended them. I was disappointed in this company’s labourors and I will give several examples to support my rationale. I had closet inserts and shower glass doors installed. I got the sense they rushed through the job and had no pride in their work. Example 1: They had to come back 3 times to complete the ONE day job, 10 business days total. First time they said they ran out of time, second time they brought the wrong sized door. Third time they completed the job, but attended very late. Example 2: Each time they left a terrible mess and I was worried my dog would be injured. They wanted to saw on my front porch, I said no and he went to the backyard , he started sawing at the bottom of my stairs, I asked if he needed an extension cord and set it up for him, he didn't clean up afterwards. Example 3: Instead of bring a step stool they stood on my toilet to install my shower door. Example 4: They also chipped a tile in my new shower. Example 5: They asked me for batteries as their was something wrong with theirs electronic measure tape…they asked for any eg. TV remote and I don’t know why because clearly ALL my belongings were in boxes. I had to go to the store to buy THEM batteries. To me, these act were completely unprofessional behaviour. Although I was impressed with the contact person Satti who was okay to deal with... again this review was more directed at the labourers who came to my house.
We went to Elegant Glass to do our Shower Doors and Wood Closets for our new House and they were just amazing! After I contacted them,they came in one day to do the measurements and provided the quote right away. After I confirmed it, they scheduled for the installation in a week. They showed up on time and did the job very fast and very clean with. Very impressed by their work and highly recommend Elegant Glass to Everyone
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! OFFICE STAFF HANGS UP ON YOU AND DOES NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. VERY SHARP METAL SHRAPNEL LEFT IN BOTH MY SHOWERS AFYER THEY WERE DONE. DAUGHTER SLICED HER FOOT OPEN…. TELL THE OFFICE AND THEY COULD CARE LESS. ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER OR OWNER AND HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE. The glass does look good but the service is terrible…. YOU BETTER CHECK FOR SHARP PIECES LIKE THE PICTURES SHOWN
ਉੱਚੀ ਦੁਕਾਨ ਫਿੱਕਾ ਪਕਵਾਨ. Job suppose to be finished Dec 19 2020, but till now their are major deficiencies and incomplete work, after year of calling and false promises. Still no remady, instead collection agency calling to collect the remaining 10% which was due after completing the job. Reletives written good reviews but please be carefull. Badbusiness practice
Elegant glass did the great job at my house , we loved the way their staff explain everything in details, provide drawings we understood everything before we order ,& they finish everything on time. Elegant is the best
Very happy with Elegant products and timely service. Their innovative ideas really helped to design my custom closet and they have really good customer service. I would highly recommend them.
I had terrible experience with elegant glass co,because installers don’t know what they are doing, they installed frameless shower doors and tub doors,all are leaking,please don’t hire them because I am calling them for the last 10 months,they come,but couldn’t stop water going on floor. I lost working hours to wait for their installers,they made miscalculation on glass doors.please be careful,I will never hire them again
Their installing glass on.a house today in Burnaby Couldn't help but notice their glass gaps are uneven and the glass is crooked.I don't think the owners will be too happy unless their blind.We drove by three times to watch the install totally botch job.
