Over the last two years, my wife and I have renovated our condo. We have spoken to Kim at Edmonds many times, and she has always been professional, highly knowledgeable, and patient with us, as we’re novices, making the experience enjoyable. All her advice has been first-rate. We always seek Kim when we visit the store and can’t thank her enough.

I purchased a pack of self adhesive draft excluder. When I tried to use it the adhesive had dried so would not stick to anything. I tried to return it but was told, because I had cut off the couple of inches at the end I could not return it. The explanation the lady at the customer service gave was because I had cut off the small amount they could not resell it. My concern is that I was returning the item because it was faulty. Surely the item should not be put back on sale as it was faulty and would not stick. Is it their policy to put faulty items back on the shelf when they are returned.

I needed supplies for a small home project and needed help finding everything in store. AJ took care of everything. He walked me to each location throughout the store and then loaded it in my car. We had an honest and pleasant conversation. He is very personable. I'll come back knowing how well cared for I was. Thanks AJ!

Rona is the best of all,better than other 2 home & garden stores,more parts and tools available,and the price is better too,I always shop at Rona.

Please don’t go there it is dangerous! I never had life threatening situation in store before!nThe manager of the lumber area “Scott”as i was told his name by the cashier, and after talking with Lorin,working in the main store who told me that he is his manager and he outrank him, refused to make me go out from the pickup area gate even the person who cut the wood I purchased checked my invoice, and he let me carry the wood and walk around the store to reach to my bicycle and bus stop which was Infront of the pickup gate , even the gate didn’t has lock he grab a lock and close it and start singing in sarcastic way after he said “no” to me in very threatening way.nThis happened Aug.22 at 5:30 Pm, and that guy didn’t allow me i saw him after driving a fork lift
