I don't remember his name properly I think it was ferdie, he was a great guy , helped out finding a proper sink and sink washers that were needed for my washroom.

You (the customer) don't exist in the eyes of the employees here. You can probably walk out with something high up in your hands and they wouldn't care less. I went to get a door slab, found it, and asked for an employee to get it on the shelf (probably should of just grabbed it myself). The guy comes, i literally point to him "this is the door i want", and him with his hands behind, hunched back, eyes half closed, and responds "you want a door?" (with the most arrogant look and tone). I replied "yes, that's what i said" and he walked away slowly, still with his hands behind his back like he owns the company. Comes back later and asked me again, "you want this door?" and i replied kindly again cringing in my head "yes that's the door" (pointing at it). He goes up, grabs it, and asked me to catch it. At this point i just wanted to grab what i came for and leave. The whole process could of been less than 5 minutes if i just grabbed it myself. In the future, get things yourself and avoid the attitude and non existent work ethics.

Quiet location, very knowledgable staff, especially the old timer in the plumbung dept.

Wouldn't accept a return of a faulty product because there was a missing piece of cardboard packaging. Found the cardboard, returned said item, not going back to a Rona for a long time. Pain in the ass.
