Was very nice, clean, comfortable. Stayed in the suite, there was more than enough room. Room had all amenities full kitchen. Each room with your own bathroom and tv. It was like a luxury apt. Free Breakfast wasn't all that but my family made their own in our suite. Would definitely stay again.

We are currently staying here, we've been to many hotels this is by far the best one in service. The staff they have here is amazing Brian, Jason, Cort,Cierra, Ann and Melissa at the front desk provide a true example of excellent hospitality. The breakfast staff is great Betty and Tina are really nice and always make us feel welcome. I wish I could give them more stars, we are definitely staying here again.

We used to stay here when we came to Vermont and just recently returned after a long absence, just for a visit. We were very sad to see the staff had changed and we decided to stay elsewhere. There are nicer hotels in the area but we always chose this one based on the hospitality of the staff. We loved Bob, Jim, Brittany at the front desk and Brittany in housekeeping, and Sue in the kitchen was the sweetest lady who made it seem like you were at Grandmas house for breakfast everyday. We enjoyed our stays and they set the bar for the service we received at other Marriott locations. When you have a good staff that makes customers happy, you should make them happy! This coming from a Premier Platinum Elite Member with a sales and marketing background. Sad to see these changes. This was like our home for a year and a half on and off while my husband worked up here. Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end, I guess.

The welcome in the hotel was the worst I ever had in the Marriott, and I stayed in quiet few of them either for business or just for pleasure. They don't help you to make sofa bad and the front desk just informed me that bad sheets are in linen closet. However, when I start to make a bad a comforter was missing. OK they brought up one in few minutes and informed me that the comforter is not inluded in linen closet, so why front desk told me that bad sheets are in the room?. The electronic keys provided were not working. I had to go visit front desk twice before I could get to my room after 10 hours trip. The staff here is pleasant and smiley but NOT helpful. I'm very disappointed but perhaps this is only Vermont way of Marriott. The Marriott I know form New York and Europe is extremely helpful. All of this happens on a 1st day, can't wait to see how it will go for the next 2 days staying here.
