We spent almost a week here. The food was very good, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very polite, and the views of the lake and mountains were very scenic. However, we used the indoor pool once, and our son ended up with red, stinging, burning eyes. We had to flush out his eyes with tap water a few times and could not go out for the rest of that day. Please, for the health and safety of your customers, do a better job of regulating the levels of chlorine. Also, the advertisement said that kids under 17 can lodge here for free, but our kids, ages 5 and 9, did not have that deal. But on the whole, it was a positive experience and I would recommend this place to future customers.
This hotel has a great location close to Interstate and services as well as close to airport. Shuttle service is quick and attentive. Hotel and room are very clean. Grounds are kept up and beautiful courtyard. Buffet breakfast is amazing with gluten free options and dairy free milk. Front desk efficient and helpful. Will come again and highly recommended!

I had to cancel my AirBnb at 10pm the night I arrived in Burlington, and no hotels in the area would let me stay on such short notice. Best Western in Burlington not only had a room available, but accommodated me wonderfully throughout the entire check-in process and saved me from sleeping in my car. The staff was incredibly helpful and compassionate, and the room was clean, tidy, and perfectly air-conditioned upon arrival. It was my first time checking into a hotel by myself, and they made it as easy as possible. I loved my stay with them and would do it again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to stay in Burlington, VT.
We loved our stay at this hotel. Indoor and outdoor pools was a huge bonus. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and the customer service was amazing. Will definitely stay here again.
